Woodhaven Hot Lunch (Session 1)

Hot Lunch orders for session one (October - December) will be open online from September 27 to October 9th.

Please ensure your orders and payments are completed by October 9th by midnight. If your payment is not received prior to cut off it will be deleted. No late orders will be accepted.

Online ordering instructions:

  1. Go to : http:/woodhaven.hotlunches.net

  2. Click on : Click here to register

  3. Enter School access code : WMSHL (capital letters)

  4. Set up your user id and password 

  5. Follow the online instructions to order and pay (You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay online. You can pay by credit card without creating a PayPal account.)

    Extra items included with the hot lunch will be listed in the notes for that hot lunch date. The Gluten Free option is available for select suppliers. If taking advantage of this option please ensure you select the box on the order form.

    Should your child be away on a hot lunch day that you have paid for, you will NOT be provided a refund. Please review your student’s extracurricular activities and the Woodhaven School Calendar for possible conflicts. 

    Volunteers are needed at the school for hot lunch days to distribute lunches. Thank you to those of you who have helped with Hot Lunch in the past. If you are available to assist with session one please check off the volunteer box for the dates you can help when placing your students orders. This program would not be available without volunteer, thank you for your time with this program.
